Interpretations and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pink Wardrobe Located at Shop No.1&2, Corner Point Building, Below Anjoy Restaurant, Vishwas Colony, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007, IN.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://pinkwardrobe.in/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
General Return Policy
At Pink Wardrobe, we do not offer returns on purchased products under normal circumstances.
We only provide:
- Exchange for Size Issues
- Exchange for Design Preference (subject to availability)
Returns/Refunds are strictly accepted only in the following cases:
- If a wrong item has been delivered.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect/damage.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of product delivery.
Exchange Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must have original tags attached
- Product must include invoice/proof of purchase
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
In case of returns, you can choose to ship the product back to us at your own cost. We can also arrange a pick up for you at an additional charge of Rs. 250.
You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
Return Policy (Applicable Only for Defective/Wrong Product)
Returns will be accepted only if:
- You have received a damaged/defective item, OR
- You have received the wrong product.
Important:
- Proper parcel unboxing video is mandatory for any defect/wrong item claim.
- Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed when:
- The correct replacement/exchange item is unavailable, OR
- A return request for defect/wrong item is approved.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
Pickup / Shipping Charges
Refunds will only be processed when:
- Customers may self-ship the product to our store for exchange.
- If pickup assistance is required, we can arrange reverse pickup at an additional charge of ₹250.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Sale / Discounted / Offer items
- International Orders
- Products damaged after use
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting during photography
- Device display calibration
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
